Store credit for defective or incorrect items

Because we work with a dropshipping partner to bring you a wide and ever-changing selection, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

To request store credit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at denissemiller15@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
  • Once approved, we will issue store credit equal to the item value, valid for 12 months

Items not eligible for store credit

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or clearance items
